If you wish to use your own design, you can simply send it to us via email after placing your order.
For optimal printing results, we recommend the following file formats:
- AI
- EPS
- PDF
- PNG / JPG (minimum 300 dpi)
Notes for Print Data
- Vector files provide the best print quality
- Very fine lines under 0.5 mm may blur in screen printing
- Negative lines should be at least 1 mm thick
- Pantone or HKS colors can be considered, but are not always exactly reproducible on latex balloons
- Solid colors ensure the best printing results
If you are unsure, we will, of course, check your file free of charge.

Instructions for use
- Store balloons in a cool, dry and dark place
- Avoid direct sunlight
- For helium inflation, ideally inflate shortly before the event
