Printing is done using the high-quality screen printing process, ensuring that your design appears opaque and durable on the balloon.

By printing on the inflated balloon, your logo will be centrally positioned and optimally visible.

The following file formats can be uploaded directly in the Designer:
- JPG
- PNG
- SVG
You can upload other formats like EPS, AI, PDF, or CDR in the product option.
For optimal printing results, we recommend a minimum line width of at least 0.5 mm.
For negative prints, we recommend a line thickness of at least 1 mm.
Please note: very fine lines may be lost in screen printing. Shading or color gradients are not possible in screen printing.
We cannot guarantee the functionality of QR codes.
Production time up to 50 units:
- Express production: 4–6 business days
- Standard production: 7–10 business days (free shipping)
From 50 pieces: 10-14 working days production time

Print & Design
You can upload PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG files. For best results, we recommend vector files or high-resolution PNG files.
If you cannot upload your print file in the designer, you can simply add a placeholder text in the designer and complete your order as usual. Then, send us your print file along with your order number via email to druck@luftballon.de. We will assign the file to your order and check it before printing.
No. Printing is possible on one or two sides, depending on the product.
Yes. In the designer, you will see a direct preview of your design on the balloon. This allows you to position and review your logo or text before completing your order.
