For optimal printing results, we recommend the following file formats:
- AI
- EPS
- PDF
- PNG / JPG (minimum 300 dpi)
Notes on print data
- Vector files provide the best print quality
- Very fine lines under 0.5 mm may blur during the printing process
- Negative lines should be at least 1 mm thick
- Solid colors ensure particularly good print results
- Standard Production: 21-30 Business Days
- Air filling: lasts several weeks
- Helium filling: approx. 6–8 hours flight time at room temperature
- Helium filling quantity: 0.015 m³ per balloon
- Lifting capacity with helium: approx. 8–9 grams

Print & Design
You can upload PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG files. For best results, we recommend vector files or high-resolution PNG files.
If you cannot upload your print file in the designer, you can simply add a placeholder text in the designer and complete your order as usual. Then, send us your print file along with your order number via email to druck@luftballon.de. We will assign the file to your order and check it before printing.
No. Printing is possible on one or two sides, depending on the product.
Yes. In the designer, you will see a direct preview of your design on the balloon. This allows you to position and review your logo or text before completing your order.
