Our balloons are printed using high-quality screen printing while inflated. This results in a particularly opaque and clear print.
The balloons are printed in one colour and on one side as standard. Two-sided printing is also optionally available.
Multi-colour printing is possible for orders of 500 pieces or more and must be ordered in the multi-colour printing category.
Pantone colour codes can be approximated on natural latex balloons.
We recommend solid colours such as:
- White
- Black
- Red
- Blue
- Yellow
- Green
The following file formats can be uploaded directly in the Designer:
- JPG
- PNG
- SVG
You can upload other formats like EPS, AI, PDF, or CDR in the product option.
For optimal printing results, we recommend a minimum line width of at least 0.5 mm.
For negative prints, we recommend a line thickness of at least 1 mm.
Please note: very fine lines may be lost in screen printing. Shading or color gradients are not possible in screen printing.
We cannot guarantee the functionality of QR codes.
Production time up to 1000 units:
- Express Production: 2–4 business days
- Standard Production: 5–7 business days (free shipping)
From 1000 pieces: 7–14 working days production time
Express production is possible for up to 5000 pieces. Larger quantities upon request.
Production time may vary depending on the print shop's capacity.
- Air filling: lasts several weeks
- Helium filling: approx. 6–8 hours flight time at room temperature
- Helium filling quantity: 0.015 m³ per balloon
- Lifting capacity with helium: approx. 8–9 grams

Print & Design
You can upload PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG files. For best results, we recommend vector files or high-resolution PNG files.
If you cannot upload your print file in the designer, you can simply add a placeholder text in the designer and complete your order as usual. Then, send us your print file along with your order number via email to druck@luftballon.de. We will assign the file to your order and check it before printing.
No. Printing is possible on one or two sides, depending on the product.
Yes. In the designer, you will see a direct preview of your design on the balloon. This allows you to position and check your logo or text before completing your order.
